Travis Hanes
Co-Founder
Travis has built his career in financial services, always in client-facing roles. From private wealth management to commercial banking, he has advised individuals and businesses on a wide range of financial strategies. His success stems from building intentional, long-term relationships rather than focusing on transactional interactions. He believes that trust, purpose, and confidence are the foundation of meaningful growth.
In commercial banking, Travis has worked closely with businesses across diverse industries, gaining deep insight into their financials and operations. He is known for his creative, big-picture approach—looking beyond a single transaction to create lasting value. His expertise spans deal origination and structuring in cash-flow and enterprise-value lending, investment banking, real estate and equipment financing, recapitalization, asset-based and SBA lending, as well as key business services like treasury management, merchant solutions, fraud controls, and working capital optimization. This breadth of experience will be instrumental for acquisitions and the long-term stewardship of businesses.
A former quarterback at Texas Christian University, Travis carries the same drive for excellence and leadership into his professional life. He thrives on setting ambitious goals, inspiring those around him, and leading teams with clarity and encouragement—just as he did in the huddle.
Lauryn Hanes
Co-Founder
Lauryn Hanes is a seasoned finance and operations professional with a Master's in Accounting and a career rooted in high-performance environments. She began her career at Ernst & Young in Dallas, where she gained a strong foundation in audit and advisory services. She then transitioned to fast-growing digital agencies PMG and Koddi, where she played a key role in building out and training the accounting department, synchronizing cross-departmental collaboration, implementing new systems, supporting multiple acquisitions, and leading audit processes—including a first-year audit.
Over the past three years, Lauryn has served as Vice President of Client Success at a CEO coaching and angel investing firm, helping drive strategic growth and operational clarity across a portfolio of ventures; ensuring clients receive premium service.
Lauryn’s strength lies in simplifying complex challenges and turning them into clear, actionable strategies. She is known for her loyalty, integrity, and ability to lead with both structure and heart.
